Azerbaijani Defence Ministry incriminates Armenia in yet another lie

The Azerbaijani Defence Ministry has flatly refuted the alleged shelling of the positions of the Armenian armed forces by the Azerbaijani army units.

“We strongly refute the information disseminated by the Armenian Defence Ministry that on August 27 at 23:30 Azerbaijani army units allegedly shelled the positions of the Armenian Armed Forces in the direction of Azizli settlement,” the ministry said in a statement, Caliber.Az reports.

In a similar statement earlier, the ministry has stated that the information spread by the Armenian side that on August 27, from 7:20 pm to 7:30 pm, units of the Azerbaijani army allegedly fired at the positions of the Armenian Armed Forces, located in the direction of the settlement of Yukhara Shorja, is entirely false.
