Azerbaijan, Russia discuss regional, political issues PHOTO
On June 5, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko and heads of Russian diplomatic missions in Europe to discuss a wide array of issues, including political cooperation.
The discussions also covered a broad range of topics including trade and economic ties, humanitarian issues, and other aspects of the Azerbaijan-Russia relations, the Azerbaijani foreign ministry told Caliber.Az.
The officials also addressed regional and international security concerns and the evolving situation in the post-conflict period. Bayramov highlighted the significance of maintaining active mutual visits and close contacts as a foundation for deepening bilateral relations. The Russian delegation expressed their appreciation for the warm reception and engaged in dialogue regarding Azerbaijan’s foreign policy priorities.
