Azerbaijani flag-burning Armenian designer barred from entering Public TV office

Armenian designer Aram Nikolyan has not been relieved of the post of the Public TV Company's chief stylist, but he is not allowed to enter the building where the TV channel is located.

His lawyer Alexander Kochubaev made the remarks on social networking platforms, Caliber.Az reports.

On April 14, during the opening ceremony of the European Weightlifting Championship, which was held at the CCM named after Demirchyan in Yerevan, designer Aram Nikolyan set fire to the flag of Azerbaijan. Baku has put the Armenian designer on the international wanted list.

The lawyer recalled that the proceedings against Nikolyan were not initiated due to the lack of corpus delicti in his actions. The designer is forbidden to enter institutions guarded by the police.
