Azerbaijani president congratulates Uzbek counterpart on successful parliamentary elections

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulation to his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev as his country has successfully conducted parliamentary elections.
