Brother of Former Armenian PM arrested in corruption probe

Henrik Abrahamyan, the brother of former Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, has been arrested as part of an investigation into alleged abuse of office, aiding and abetting an abuse-of-office offence, forgery and the use of forged documents, according to Armenia’s Anti-Corruption Committee.

The investigation concerns allegations that Abrahamyan was involved in offences related to the misuse of official authority and falsification of documents, Caliber.Az reports per regional media.
