Bushehr nuclear strikes trigger Gulf radiation warning, Iran's FM alerts
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has accused the US and Israel of carrying out four attacks on the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, warning that the strikes pose a far greater risk to Persian Gulf countries than to Tehran.
“Israel-U.S. have bombed our Bushehr plant four times now. Radioactive fallout will end life in GCC capitals, not Tehran,” Araghchi wrote on X.
He also referenced Western outrage over recent shelling incidents at Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant.
Remember the Western outrage about hostilities near Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine?
