Condor Airlines restarts operations in Georgian air market
Condor Airlines, a German carrier, will resume direct regular flights on the Frankfurt–Tbilisi route starting June 15, 2026.
According to Caliber.Az, citing Georgian media outlets, the Georgian Airports Association confirmed the news. The airline will operate daily flights, and tickets are already available on Condor’s official website.
The Association emphasised that Condor’s return is particularly important for transatlantic transit flights.
Levan Moseashvili, CEO of the Georgian Airports Association, noted that Germany is a strategic destination for Georgia, and efforts are continuously made to attract more airlines to operate flights to the country.
Currently, direct regular flights from Georgia to eight German cities are available from Tbilisi and Kutaisi international airports. In the period from January to October 2025, approximately 350,000 passengers arrived in Georgia by air, and from January to September 2025, 65,968 foreign visitors travelled to the country.
