Court upholds claim by nationalist party's rep against Armenia's National Security Service
The Administrative Court has ruled in favour of Syune Abrahamyan, a representative of the youth wing of ARF (Armenian Revolutionary Federation) "Dashnaktsutyun", against the Armenian National Security Service, which banned her from entering the country, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.
Earlier, the court obliged the National Security Service to remove the co-chairman of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organisations of France Murad Papazian and the head of the "Hay Dat" office of ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" in the Netherlands Masis Abrahamian (Syune's father - ed.) from the list of persons whose presence in Armenia is undesirable.
It should be noted that Papazian was banned from entering Armenia on July 13, 2022, and later Masis Abrahamian and his daughter Syune were banned from entering Armenia.
It should be noted that the Armenian Revolutionary Federation also known as "Dashnaktsutyun" is an Armenian nationalist and socialist political party founded in 1890.
