CSTO chief to visit Yerevan

CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov will visit Armenia on December 21.

Tasmagambetov is scheduled to meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during the visit, Caliber.Az reports, citing the press service of the organisation.

During the meeting, discussions are planned to take place on the results of the joint meeting of the CSTO Ministerial Council, the Council of Defence Ministers, the CSTO Collective Security Council and the session of the CSTO Collective Security Council held in Minsk in November 2023.

The CSTO comprises six countries - Armenia, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
