CSTO to seprarately discuss Armenia border situation - official

The situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border will be discussed separately at the CSTO [Collective Security Treaty Organisation] summit.

"Today, this situation will be discussed as a separate issue at the ministerial level and at the level of heads of state, so let's wait for the results," Caliber.Az reports, citing CSTO Deputy Secretary-General Valeriy Semerikov.

According to him, there are relevant developments, a statement will be made at the ministerial level.

The CSTO summit is being held in Yerevan on November 23. Armenia has been chairman of the CSTO since January 2022, and now the baton is being passed to Belarus.

The organisation includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
