Deadly house fire claims lives of three children in Dagestan

Three children have died in a fire at a private residence in the village of Inchkhe, in Russia’s Dagestan Republic, the regional prosecutor’s office confirmed.

The fire broke out on September 23, killing children born in 2019, 2022 and 2024, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

The prosecutor’s office is investigating the circumstances and cause of the fire and will assess compliance with legislation concerning the protection of minors.

The investigation into the children’s deaths has been placed under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office, which will monitor its progress and outcome.
