Diplomatic call between Turkish, Pakistani FMs focuses on Islamabad talks

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone conversation with his Pakistani counterpart Ishaq Dar, according to a source within the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

The discussion focused on the Iran–US negotiations held in Islamabad, which brought together delegations from Iran and the United States, Caliber.Az reports via Turkish media.

The source said Fidan also held separate calls with officials from the United States and Pakistan who were involved in the talks, reviewing the positions presented during the negotiations and discussing possible next steps. It was not specified which US officials were contacted.
