Drone strike hits Russia’s Bryansk, railway bridge collapses PHOTO

A section of a railway bridge collapsed following a reported Ukrainian drone attack in Russia’s Bryansk region, acting regional Governor Yegor Kovalchuk said.

According to Kovalchuk, the incident occurred on the Dyatkovo–Lyudinovo railway section, where railcars derailed. No casualties were reported.

“In the Unechsky district, 18 empty gondola cars derailed as a result of the attack. No one was injured,” Kovalchuk said.

He added that restoration work would begin after Russian National Guard personnel complete an inspection of the site.

Another drone attack damaged railway tracks in the Navlinsky district, according to the governor. No injuries were reported there, while train traffic continued without disruption.
