A statement adopted by the four leaders of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has been delivered to Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, a Kremlin aide has said.
According to the Russian state news agency TASS, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told journalists that the document, agreed at the Astana summit, was formally passed to the Armenian official during a meeting.
Ushakov said that the issue of Armenia’s position within the bloc was also discussed.
“A statement by four leaders has been adopted,” he said, without providing further details on its content.
He confirmed that Grigoryan is expected to convey the document to Yerevan.
“Everything is correct,” Ushakov added.
