Earthquake occurs in Azerbaijan's north

An earthquake of magnitude 4.2 occurred in the Ismayilli region of Azerbaijan on March 24.

The Bureau of Earthquake Research of the Republican Seismological Service Center under the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan told Caliber.Az that the quake was recorded at 11:09 local time, 6 km north of the Ismayilli station.

The strength of tremors in the epicentre reached 4 points.
