Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated the Azerbaijani people on May 28, Independence Day.

“I congratulate Azerbaijan on Independence Day, with which we are always side by side and shoulder to shoulder under the motto “One nation, two states”, and honour with respect the memory of the heroes who died for independence,” Caliber.Az quotes the president as tweeting.
