Erdogan unveils timeframe for supplying gas from Black Sea

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that natural gas will be supplied from the Sakarya field in the Turkish sector of the Black Sea from April 20, 2023.

“All our plans are based on this date,” the president noted, according to Anadolu.

The president also spoke about the steps to restore the zone of the February earthquakes.

He added that the restoration work is underway in eleven provinces of southern and southeastern Türkiye.

“We called on the population to give us a year to eliminate the earthquake consequences. During this period, we plan to build and hand over the keys to new apartments to fellow citizens who have lost their houses,” the president said.
