Explosive-laden kamikaze drone wreckage found off Istanbul coast VIDEO

Wreckage of an explosive-laden kamikaze drone has been discovered in the Karaburun area on Istanbul's Black Sea coast.

Turkish specialists from a naval special operations unit were dispatched to the scene and neutralised the wreckage in a controlled explosion, Caliber.Az reports, citing Turkish media.

The drone's origin has not yet been determined.

Drone wreckage has previously been found in the Turkish Black Sea provinces of Samsun, Trabzon and Kastamonu, with the debris sent to Ankara for technical examination.
