Fidan: Israel waiting for opportunity to undermine US-Iran talks

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has said that Israel is waiting for an opportunity to derail the ongoing negotiation process between the United States and Iran.

Speaking to Anadolu Agency, Fidan said Ankara remains closely engaged in diplomatic efforts aimed at facilitating dialogue and reducing tensions in the region.

The Turkish foreign minister revealed that he had recently discussed the negotiations in a telephone conversation with US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.

Fidan noted that reaching a comprehensive agreement between Washington and Tehran would be a complex process, warning that negotiations could encounter difficulties along the way.
