Fire breaks out in Moscow commercial building, 15 rescued

A fire broke out in a commercial-administrative building on Prishvina Street in Moscow, authorities reported.

The blaze originated in the basement floor of the pavilion, where furniture caught fire, and was subsequently contained to an area of approximately 20 square metres.

According to the press service of Moscow Main Administration for Civil Defence and Emergency Situations, 15 people were safely rescued from the building during the incident. Firefighters efficiently evacuated occupants, and no injuries have been reported.

Emergency services acted swiftly to neutralize the fire, preventing any significant damage or escalation. The prompt response ensured the safety of residents and minimized property loss.
