First HÜRJET for Turkish Air Force successfully completes flight test VIDEO

The first HÜRJET jet trainer and light combat aircraft set to be delivered to the Turkish Air Force has successfully completed its maiden flight following ground and taxiing tests, Türkiye’s Defence Industry Agency head Haluk Görgün, announced.

“The will that leads our independence to victory continues to rise today on the wings of our national aviation,” Görgün said.

He also expressed his gratitude to the Turkish Air Force Command, Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) personnel, engineers, technical specialists and all partners who contributed to the project.
