FlyOne Armenia launches direct flights between Yerevan, Almaty

Armenian carrier FlyOne Armenia has launched regular flights on the route between Yerevan and Almaty, expanding air connectivity between Armenia and Kazakhstan.

According to a statement from Armenia – International Airports, the operator of Yerevan's Zvartnots International Airport, the new service began on June 12 and will operate twice weekly, with flights scheduled on Mondays and Fridays, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media. 

The launch marks the latest addition to air links between the two countries. Since April 20, Armenian airline Shirak Avia has also been operating flights between Yerevan and Astana once a week, on Mondays.
