Former Armenian defence minister declared wanted again

Former Armenian Defence Minister Mikael Harutyunyan has once again been declared wanted.
The announcement was made on Public TV by Kamo Sahakyan, deputy head of the Main Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media.
The indictment alleges that while serving as minister, Harutyunyan allocated an apartment to the nephew of Manvel Grigoryan, the former head of Yerkrap, despite having already transferred 10 million drams ($26,000) for the same purpose.
Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of Armenia, Enrico Apriamov, is also listed as a defendant in the case.
