Garegin II, six Armenian hierarchs to skip latest court hearing

Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II and six senior hierarchs will again be absent from a court hearing in Armenia, according to the press office of the Catholicosate.

The office said the next hearing would be held in Etchmiadzin, the headquarters of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media. 

“Garegin II and the high-ranking hierarchs will be represented by their attorneys,” the Catholicosate’s press office said.

The statement did not provide further details on the reasons for their absence.
