Georgia detains foreigners wanted under Interpol red notice

The Georgian Border Police have detained two foreign nationals wanted under an Interpol Red Notice for illegal border crossing, Caliber.Az reports via Georgian media.

According to the Interior Ministry, one of the individuals entered Georgia hidden in a truck, while the other crossed the border from Türkiye without passing through a checkpoint. Both are now facing extradition proceedings.
