Georgia installs sign showing distance to Azerbaijan’s Baku in twin city park

There is a sign in the direction of Baku and the distance to the capital of Azerbaijan has been indicated in the twin city park of Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.

The distance between the two capitals is 446 kilometres, Report informs.

This was implemented by the Tbilisi City Hall on the initiative of the Azerbaijani embassy in Georgia. The two capitals became sister cities in July 2021.

The park dedicated to the sister cities and located on Krtsanisi Street in Tbilisi was opened in October 2018.
