Georgia, Iran talk over strengthening investment ties PHOTO
Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has held bilateral meetings in Dubai focused on expanding economic and political co-operation, according to local media reports.
During talks with his Iranian counterpart, Kobakhidze discussed prospects for enhancing trade and economic relations, Caliber.Az reports per foreign media.
Both sides highlighted the existing potential for closer collaboration and emphasised opportunities to strengthen ties in the investment sector.
Earlier, the Georgian prime minister also met Botswana’s president, where discussions centred on developing political dialogue between the two countries.
Kobakhidze reaffirmed Georgia’s readiness to share its experience of implementing successful reforms with the Republic of Botswana, the reports added.
