FM Bochorishvili: "Georgia struggles for truth on national issues"
Georgia is engaged in a struggle for truth, as articulated by Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili, who stressed the significant challenges the country confronts in attaining clarity on critical national issues.
She pointed out that the struggle had been difficult, but necessary, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
"Today, our society has a clearer understanding of the immense force we had to contend with in order to uphold the rule of law and ensure the proper functioning of the state," Bochorishvili said.
The minister also raised concerns about how external assistance, provided by some countries in the interest of others, is sometimes misused.
In addition, Bochorishvili drew attention to the current US administration's focus on the operations of various foundations. She noted that the Georgian government had been vigilant about these foundations for years.
