Georgia’s Trump Tower construction scheduled to begin in September
Construction of a Trump Tower in Tbilisi is expected to begin in September, with an area of around 600,000 square meters that will include a business centre, hotel, retail spaces, and entertainment facilities.
The centrepiece of the complex will be a 70-story tower, which is expected to become the tallest building in the country, Caliber.Az reports, citing Georgian media and a statement by Ilia Tsulaia, the founder of the Archi company.
The project will be located in the centre of the capital. It is being developed in cooperation with the renowned architectural firm Gensler, and the price per square meter is expected to be significantly above market levels due to its premium positioning.
“Quality will be of the highest standard. After the design phase is completed, the cost will be calculated precisely and the final price will be set accordingly. It is clear that the price will be noticeably higher than standard, but we want the project to remain accessible to a wide audience,” Tsulaia added.
The total investment in the Trump Tower Tbilisi residential complex is estimated at around $2 billion.
The development project in Georgia, Trump Tower Tbilisi, was launched by the sons of U.S. President Donald Trump.
