29 July 2024 16:19
President of Georgia's Constitutional Court Merab Turava has said lawsuits filed by Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili, opposition MPs and non-governmental organisations against the law on foreign agents in the Constitutional Court will be united.
"All three lawsuits (against the law on foreign agents) will be considered within one case. We will need at least a month to not only read the lawsuits, but also to conduct comparative legal research. The lawsuits will be considered in a plenum format," he said, Caliber.Az reports, citing Georgian media.
