Georgian authorities launch massive corruption bust

The Georgian State Security Service (SSG) has arrested 30 individuals in connection with 12 criminal cases related to corruption.
Those detained include municipal employees, former government officials, company representatives, and private citizens, Caliber.Az reports, citing Georgian media.
The cases involve serious offenses such as bribery, fraud, document forgery, abuse of office, and negligence.
According to authorities, most of the accused face prison sentences ranging from six to nine years, while others may serve between four and seven years, depending on the charges.
