Georgian government’s composition remains almost unchanged

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has signed an order on a new cabinet of ministers.

“Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze issued an order to appoint ministers after the Georgian parliament at a plenary session expressed confidence in Kobakhidze and the composition of the government. From the moment the order was issued, all ministers officially took up their duties,” TASS reports citing the government’s press service.

The composition of the government remained almost unchanged. The prime minister appointed Irakli Chikovani to the post of defence minister to replace Juansher Burchuladze.
