Georgian parliament faces brawl between MPs

A brawl between representatives of the opposition and Georgian Dream takes place in the foyer of the plenary session hall of the Georgian Parliament.

The incident started after opposition MPs approached ruling party chairman Irakli Kobakhidze during his comments and told him he was a Russian spy, escalating the situation, Caliber.Az reports with reference to Georgian media.

The bailiffs tried to defuse the situation, but the confrontation continues even now.

The opposition is chanting "Russians". Other deputies from Georgian Dream are in the foyer together with Irakli Kobakhidze. They left the hall immediately after the incident started.
