The Georgian parliament has convened a session intending to override President Salome Zourabichvili's veto on the law regarding foreign agents, Gazeta.ru reports.
It's highlighted that to enact the law, a minimum of 76 out of 150 MPs must vote in favour. If achieved, the Speaker of the Parliament gains the authority to sign the document. Subsequently, it will be published on official platforms and enforced.
Simultaneously, protestors opposing the adoption of the foreign agents law are assembling outside the Georgian parliament.
