Georgian PM congratulates Bulgaria's Rumen Radev on election victory

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has congratulated Rumen Radev and his team following their reported victory in Bulgaria’s parliamentary elections, highlighting the importance of continued cooperation between the two countries.

In a message shared on the social media platform X, Kobakhidze expressed his best wishes for Bulgaria’s leadership and emphasized the strength of bilateral ties, Caliber.Az reports.

“Congratulations to Mr Rumen Radev and his team on their victory in the Bulgarian elections. Wishing him success in leading the country forward and ensuring continued progress and prosperity for the Bulgarian people.”

He added that Georgia is committed to further enhancing relations with Bulgaria.

“Georgia looks forward to further strengthening our longstanding friendship and deepening our strong partnership,” the prime minister said.
