Georgian president: We are destined to win amid opposition hate
Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili said the ruling party is “destined to win” as long as there are forces in the opposition that spread hatred and malice daily.
He stressed that it is vital for Georgia that the political environment becomes healthier and that there is no hatred or malice, Caliber.Az reports, citing Georgian media.
According to him, the country will struggle to make significant progress until the “opposition flank is cleansed.”
“I want to tell society that we are destined for these victories. As long as there is this force in the opposition that wages a campaign of hatred and malice on a daily basis, we are destined to win. Of course, our victory is very good, but it is vital for Georgia that our environment becomes healthier, so that there is no hatred and malice,” Kavelashvili noted.
