Georgian prime minister embarks on official visit to Armenia
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has commenced an official visit to Armenia, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral relations between the two neighbouring nations.
Arriving at Yerevan's Zvartnots airport, Kobakhidze was warmly received by a delegation of Armenian officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, and Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media outlets.
During his visit, Kobakhidze is scheduled to engage in important discussions with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan. Following these meetings, both Prime Ministers are expected to address the media, providing insights into the outcomes of their discussions.
Accompanying the Georgian Prime Minister is a distinguished delegation, led by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, along with Minister of Foreign Affairs Ilia Darchiashvili, among other notable figures.
