German chancellor: Russia will not win

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said on the anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from the troops that Russia will not win the war with Ukraine.

"The atrocities of Bucha one year ago showed the world what Putin's war means. The images are burnt into my memory as well. These crimes must not go unpunished. That is why we stand united behind Ukraine. Russia will not win!" he tweeted.
