Hungary offers Budapest as neutral ground for Yerevan-Baku peace talks
Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó has suggested Budapest as the location for a potential peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku.
Szijjártó made this proposal during the Yerevan Dialogue forum, emphasizing it as a significant contribution his country could make to the peace process, Caliber.Az reports via Armenia media sources.
Szijjártó arrived in Yerevan recently, with his plane landing at Zvartnots Airport. He was welcomed by Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan.
During his visit, Szijjártó will participate in the panel discussion titled "Geopolitics of Interconnectedness: From Competition to Cooperation" at the Yerevan Dialogue forum.
Additionally, he is scheduled to meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
