IBSF bars Russian athletes from competing even with neutral flag

The International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) has published official guidelines for Russian athletes competing under a neutral status at international events.

According to the IBSF, Russian athletes will be allowed to participate even without a neutral flag, but no music will be played during award ceremonies, which will be conducted in silence.

The federation also stated that neutral athletes and their support staff are prohibited from entering mixed zones or participating in press conferences during IBSF events, and they are not allowed to give interviews to media outlets during competitions.
