Internet access unavailable in Iran for over two months
01 May 2026 14:46
Internet access in Iran has been unavailable for 63 days, totalling more than 1,488 hours, according to internet monitoring group NetBlocks.
The group warned that the prolonged restrictions are making it increasingly difficult to maintain communication with the outside world, Caliber.Az reports.
“Such prolonged censorship prevents friends and relatives abroad from learning about the safety and well-being of their loved ones,” the monitoring group said.
