Iran claims strikes on 21 US military targets across Middle East
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has said it struck 21 US military targets across the Middle East, including bases in Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain, as part of its retaliatory operations in the region.
In statements carried by Iranian state-affiliated media, the IRGC claimed responsibility for attacks on several US installations, including Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, Al Azraq Air Base in Jordan, and facilities linked to the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain, Iran International reports.
Earlier, the IRGC warned that Iranian forces remain prepared to deliver a "decisive and crushing response" to any further attacks and said responsibility for the consequences of future military action would rest with the United States.
