Iran conducts major IRGC ground force drills on southern coastlines Video
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has carried out large-scale combined exercises involving multiple military units along the country’s southern coasts.
The drills showcased the operational capabilities of IRGC ground forces across several regions, with a particular focus on securing strategic coastal areas and key Iranian islands, Iran's state media Vista reports.
Activities included controlled live-fire exercises, the testing of new combined tactics, and the deployment of modern technologies at multiple operational levels.
Central to the exercises was the Medina command post, which coordinated maneuvers and oversaw the integration of the forces involved.
The IRGC described the drills as a "demonstration of its preparedness and strategic reach" in the region.
