Iran, India aim to strengthen bilateral ties
Iran and India reaffirmed their determination to strengthen bilateral relations on January 7 as the two countries marked the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei said he met with India’s ambassador to Iran, Rudra Gaurav Shresth, for talks focused on bilateral relations, Caliber.Az reports via Iranian media.
In a post on X, Baqaei said the two sides discussed Iran and India’s “millennia-long history of cultural and civilisational interactions.”
