Iran maintains missile output despite war, IRGC says
Iran continues to produce missiles and maintains sufficient stockpiles despite the ongoing war with the United States and Israel, a senior representative of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said.
Speaking to Mehr, IRGC spokesperson Ali-Mohammad Naeini stated that there are no shortages in Iran’s missile capabilities, emphasising that production is ongoing even under wartime conditions.
“Even during the war, we continue to manufacture missiles, and there are no particular issues with our reserves. We certainly have the capacity to surprise the enemy,” he said.
Naeini also warned that the conflict is likely to intensify, describing future developments as “more intense, more complex, and accompanied by unexpected elements.”
His remarks come in response to earlier statements by Benjamin Netanyahu, who claimed that Iran lacks the ability to enrich uranium or produce ballistic missiles.
