Iran marks 40th day of nationwide internet shutdown despite US truce

Iran has entered the 40th day of a nationwide internet blackout, with access to the global internet cut off for over 936 hours since February 28, according to monitoring group NetBlocks.
The group highlighted that censorship measures continue amid the conflict, leaving the Iranian population largely disconnected, even as the US and Iranian authorities claim a truce.
