Iran repatriates Azerbaijani inmate

An Azerbaijani citizen, who was under arrest in Iran, has been handed over to her country.

Valida Yusifova, a citizen of Azerbaijan, was released and handed over to Azerbaijan at the Astara border checkpoint, APA reports, citing Tasnim news agency.

She was arrested two years ago by a decision of the 15th department of the Tehran Revolution Court, the report adds.
