Iran’s Araghchi demands strong rebuke of US and Israel policies

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that the “aggression” by the US and Israel is the main source of instability in the Persian Gulf region and the Strait of Hormuz, making the remarks during a meeting in Tehran with South Korea’s special envoy Chang Byung-ha.

He stated that Iran, as a coastal state, has taken measures within the framework of international law to protect its security and interests, adding that all “responsibility for consequences lies with the aggressors.” Caliber.Az reports, citing the Iranian government’s post on X.

Araghchi also urged countries to adopt a “clear and firm stance” in condemning such actions.
