Iran’s first lady: Turks, Mongols are enemies of Iran Persian chauvinism at its finest
The Iranian President's wife Jamileh Alamolhoda has made provocative statements on the air of a Venezuelan TV channel.
"The Turks and Mongols are Iran's permanent enemies. These states have attacked Iran throughout history," Jamileh Alamolhoda said.
It should be noted that the appearance of Jamileh Alamolhoda in front of television cameras took place in Venezuela, where she and her husband arrived on an official visit on June 13.
At the same time, 58-year-old Jamileh Alamolhoda, a doctor of science in education, an assistant professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Tehran University, once even headed the Institute for Humanitarian Studies. This, as we see, does not prevent her from making chauvinistic statements even outside of Iran, and even more so in relation to the Turks, who make up over 20 per cent of the Iranian population.
By the way, in an interview with the Venezuelan media, the wife of the President of Iran did not deny herself criticism of the United States and Israel.
