Iran's IRGC warns of “surprise operations” on US, Israel

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has declared its readiness to carry out “surprise operations” that would “go beyond the calculations” of the United States and Israel, according to an official statement marking the anniversary of the force’s founding.

The IRGC said Iran’s military capabilities would allow it to counter adversaries by “using new trump cards on the battlefield,” signaling potential shifts in tactics amid ongoing regional tensions.

The statement also stressed that IRGC forces have been placed on high alert and are prepared to launch further strikes if the situation escalates.
